What we do

At wRight Resources we have decades of experience building lasting relationships with our clients and candidates in the real estate and construction industries. Every search is approached the same way. Spend time with our clients up front getting to know them as intimately as possible so we can find candidates who not only can do the job, but also candidates who fit in with the team and their culture. Our job is both art and science. We utilize every piece of technology available to find candidates, then we use our decades of experience to evaluate how a candidate will fit in with one of our clients. Evaluating the fit is the most difficult and also the most important part.

Our team is made up of industry veterans. Whether we’re helping a client fill a position, or consulting with a candidate to help them figure out what is best for their career, there is someone on the other end of the phone with at least 20 years of experiences helping guide the person through the process. Clients won’t have a junior account exec handling their search and candidates won’t have junior recruiters helping them make incredibly important decisions about their careers.

J.P. Wright began recruiting in the real estate and construction industries in 1998. He has made a name for himself by taking on and completing some of the most difficult search assignments in some of the most difficult markets in the country. He has completed searches in 24 states and more than 40 metropolitan markets. Clients have ranged from Fortune 100 Companies to small family-owned businesses including: REITs, developers, owners, property/asset managers, general contractors, engineers, home builders, investment firms, and private equity firms. Michael Frederick

Mike has over 30 years in the executive search industry providing executive search consulting services for clients in the real estate and construction industries.  Clients on the real estate side covered the full spectrum of real estate activities, including REITs and public corporations, developers, homebuilders, property managers and institutional investors.  Clients on the construction side covered a wide range of activities including architects, general contracting firms, subcontractors and engineering firms, among others.

Mike is Pittsburgh native and a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and a longtime fan of its local sports teams. Recently relocated to Orlando, FL, he resides there with his wife and taken in stray cat Claypool.
